Delivery & Shipping

+ What are the delivery charges?

For all shop orders, the shipping charges is at $5 for standard delivery and $10 for express delivery. For corporate orders, please check with our sales representative.
+ When can I receive my order if I opt for standard delivery?
For usual orders, standard delivery will take 3 to 5 working days.

+ When can I receive my order if I opt for express delivery?

To enjoy express delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm for the order to reach you or your recipient the next day.  The delivery window is between 12pm to 9pm.

+ What happens if I miss the cut off timing for express delivery?

For orders placed after 2pm, your order will only be processed the next day and delivered the following day. The delivery window is between 12pm to 9pm.

+ Can you do same-day delivery?

Yes we can,  kindly contact us at to arrange. Additional charges will apply.

+ Can I do a self-collection for my order?
Yes,  self-collection is possible at our office located at 65 Ubi Road 1, Oxley Bizhub #04-25, Singapore 408729  from Monday to Friday, 12pm to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Kindly make an appointment before doing a self-collection.


+ Can I customise my own WeCare Pack?

Absolutely! You can build your own box here! 
+ Are the food items in your WeCare Pack halal?
We strive to include products that are halal certified in our WeCare Packs. Let us know if you have any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate!

+ Do you provide gift cards?

Yes, receive a complimentary gift card from us when you purchase a WeCare Pack from us! We can also print your message on the card directly. 

+ There is a defect on a product I received, what can I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Drop us an email at and we will replace it for you. No questions asked!

+ How to preserve the longevity and design of customised products?

All our customised items are made with love.  Please refrain from putting the item in the microwave, oven or dishwasher. Gentle washing is recommended.

We pride ourselves for our no minimum order quantity policy. Let us know your quantity and we are happy to assist!
+ Can I customise my own WeCare Pack for corporate orders?
Yes, you can! Our gift curators will be able to assist you further and customise a WeCare Pack according to your budget. 

+ Can I include item personalisation for corporate orders?
